Physicals are by appointment only through our urgent care by our Board Certified Nurse Practitioner

Need that last minute sports physical and can’t get into your doctor’s office for another two weeks? No need to stress, we now offer scheduled appointments for PHYSICALS.

  • Scheduled appointments available 7-days a week, 10am – 10pm
  • MUST provide paperwork from school or organization
  • EKG included and required for each physical
  • $35 cash-pay only
  • No DOT physicals at this time
