Meet Our Doctors

M. KRYSTINA HUYNH, D.O.

Dr. Krystina Huynh has been practicing emergency medicine in the Houston area since 2008. She began her studies at Baylor University and went on to attend Indiana University – Purdue University earning her MS in Biology. She continued her pursuit of becoming a physician by attending Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center and completed her Residency in Emergency Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. She believes being a physician is about applying knowledge and skill set while delivering quality, compassionate care. Dr. Huynh is also a dedicated mother of two small children.

MICHAEL NOLEN, D.O.

Dr. Nolen is a native Houstonian and has been practicing emergency medicine for 19 years in both hospital and free standing emergency departments.  Dr. Nolen is a graduate of Texas A&M University and obtained his medical degree at UNT Health Science Center.  He is board certified in emergency medicine and completed his residency training with Oklahoma State University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  His clinical training and years of experience has prepared him for any medical problem that you might have.

TIFANY L. DUGAS, M.D.

Dr. Dugas, born and raised in Houston, Texas, has been practicing Emergency Medicine since 2015.  She trained at LSU in Baton Rouge and has been working in Houston since.  Dr. Dugas has a background in Kinesiology/Athletic Training and has worked as a medical assistant and EMT-B.  She has a masters degree in interdisciplinary science which helps her understand the body in greater detail. 

Dr. Dugas treats every patient as a person and takes pride in caring for every patient she meets.  She takes time to talk with patients but even more importantly she takes the time to listen.   Her calm demeanor and caring bedside manner helps connect with patients. 

Dr. Dugas has been with her husband since 2009 and has 2 beautiful children.  When not spending time with her family she enjoys boxing, shooting pool and nature watching.
